Privacy Policy

Wix & Willow, at wixandwillow.com, collects a name, an email or phone number, the pieces in an order, and a shipping address if the order is shipped. Card numbers are handled by Square and are not stored on this site.

Order details are used to make, pack, and ship the order.

A phone number entered at checkout is used to fulfill that order. It is not a text sign-up by itself. Staff order alerts are optional and are collected only at wixandwillow.com/opt-in.html or by texting START to (916) 602-4983. Separately, a shopper may check an optional box to receive one text when a shipped order ships, or when a pickup order is ready. The box starts unchecked. You can buy without checking it. If you check it, we store that mobile number and use it only for that one text. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell personal information.

Reply STOP to the order-alert number to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
